100% Mobile.

Today, successful companies need to enable employees to be mobile; work is not where you are, but what you produce — irrespective of your location. GoHello does away with traditional desk phones and uses mobile phones instead — employees use them just as they would their desk phone, but are able work from any location. They are always at their desk. Any GSM mobile phone can be used, no client software installation required or other technical trick.

A switchboard service as part of the GSM network

No cables are required in the office and all calls are carried over the GSM network. The GoHello servers and infrastructure, and your GSM network carry and handle all calls.

GoHello empowers office receptionist's) to use any Windows PC and our free software to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant, available employees. Employee availability and mobile phone status is displayed, in real time, along with their Outlook Calendar information. The easy to use interface provides all common switchboard features, and everything is included, even the more advanced features. So it's just like the old hardware system, just better. No hardware PBX, user training or technical manual.
